What products, along with battery testers, do you sell?

Our battery testers and analyzers include:

STC-4110 Dual Mode Battery Analyzer

The STC 4110 Dual Mode Battery Analyzer is a microprocessor-controlled, host powered instrument designed to test and evaluate the standby charged condition and dynamic capabilities under a load of any 6 or 12 volts, sealed, lead-acid battery with an amp hour range of 4 to 100 A.H. It will also perform a calculation of the remaining Amp-hour capacity.

For the pre-load static test, the Analyzer automatically determines the voltage of the battery. The Amp-hour rating is entered to set the parameters prior to the load testing. A voltmeter function may be used to check the charging circuit.

For the dynamic load test, a microprocessor-controlled load test sequence is initiated with the battery disconnected from the charging circuit. The load current is based on the entered amp-hour capacity. The battery condition is evaluated during the load test and is displayed on LED’s as: Good, marginal, bad

The 4110 will perform an additional test that determines the remaining capacity of the battery. This result can be compared to the minimum standby requirement to determine if the battery will meet the demands of an extended power failure. A math calculation routine is available in the 4110 to size batteries for various fire, UPS, and security systems.

STC-612 Battery Analyzer - Our BEST seller!

This battery analyzer performs automated dynamic load tests on standard lead-acid batteries commonly used in burglar alarm systems, fire alarm panels, and emergency lighting systems. This product is microprocessor controlled for accurate and repeatable results. Pre-load voltage and dynamic load tests are conducted for standard amp-hour rated batteries. To operate, simply connect the battery to the tester and select the correct amp-hour test. The STC-612 analyzer then displays the final battery condition - good, marginal, or bad. This unit tests 6 and 12-volt batteries. The tester is enclosed in a rugged die-cast aluminum enclosure with a strong polycarbonate graphic overlay. It is designed for field or bench use. Why wait for a low battery signal? Include battery testing with scheduled maintenance and improve system reliability.

Our environmental monitoring products include:

STC-704 Wireless Environmental Monitoring System

The STC-704 Wireless Environmental Monitoring System provides off-site monitoring of four parameters, plus A.C. power loss, daily communication test, low battery, and "restore to normal" conditions. Two web-controllable relays are included for interfacing to on-site equipment where a 5 amp dry contact can be used. LEDs display all power and input conditions.

The equipment is contained in a weatherproof ABS enclosure for outdoor or indoor mounting. There is a 3/4 and 1/2 inch conduit opening in the enclosure to permit wire entry. A 16VAC plug-in transformer to power the STC-704 and 7AH, 12-volt rechargeable battery is supplied for backup power, providing continuous operation during power failures up to 48 hours. An internal temperature compensated power supply keeps the standby battery at optimum charge with rapid, current limited, and voltage float charging. A low battery disconnect circuit removes the battery from the system on an extended power outage to avoid deep discharging of the battery.

All inputs are buffered through a selectable one minute or one-second delay to "Alarm" and one minute or one-second delay to "Normal". This eliminates the momentary signals generated by power fluctuations, rapid photocell operation, and switchover transients. Each input can be selected for N.C. or N.O. input for the "Normal" condition. Compression terminals are provided for all wiring. Any size wire, up to 12ga, may be used for the power and monitored device connections.

Cellular External Antennae

We know how crucial it is for you to have cell service. Our external antenna increases your signal strength and reliability, is easy to mount, and includes mounting hardware and a 15 ft. cable. It’s a one-package deal that gives you the signal you need to get your work done reliably. We also offer extension cables, so you can have the cell service you need no matter where you’re Uplink is located.

Our other quality products:

Blue Breeze

We are pleased to announce a new product, the Blue Breeze battery box vent fan. This product is designed with smart logic to turn the vent fan on and off based on charging conditions and is superior to existing vent fans that run all the time. This smart fan reduces drain on the batteries by turning the fan off during times of discharge. This unit is in an ABS housing with 2 inch PVC connections. Installation hookup is very simple as it only needs a 2 wire connection for the 12, 24, or 48 Volts direct from the battery bank.

Relay Modules

When control is important—and let’s face it, it’s ALWAYS important—it’s crucial that you’ve got relay modules that you know you can trust. Our durable and professionally crafted relays come in 12 VDC, 24VDC, and 120VAC models. So regardless of the use, you can trust that you’ve got a relay that you can rely on time and time again. Each module is expertly crafted and tested by our technicians.
